Senator Jeffries moved to amend the resolution on page three, after line sixty-five, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (h), to read as follows:

“(h) The Executive Director of the West Virginia Water Development Authority, or designee;”

And,

By re-lettering the remaining subsections.
